What Is Mychhichi?
Mychhichi is a Western-branded version of the Japanese Monchhichi doll, created by Sekiguchi in the 1970s and exported globally in the 1980s, particularly to the United States, Europe, and Australia.
While Monchhichi remained the name in Japan, Mychhichi was used in some international releases, most notably in:
North America (mainly U.S.)
Europe (alongside “Kiki” branding in France/Germany)
